Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. For international orders, tax and duties are not included. 
Delivery within 2-5 working days from order dispatch. You will be provided with tracking number of the parcel once it is shipped.

 

Returns & Exchanges

1. We accept returns or exchange for unworn jewelry items under its original conditions. Please kindly email us at info@aurumara.com within 7 days of delivery with legitimate reasons for returning. We would then give you the address of where the product should be returned to. You would be responsible of all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
   
   
2. Refunds are however not eligible for customized/bespoke orders. If you wish to change sizes, we would be able to make such arrangement for you.
   
   
3. All refunds will be processed within 2-5 days of receipt back to the original payment method.
